"The property does not have the usual amenities like coffee, etc. But cafe is right next door. Facility is very clean and the room was quiet and comfortable with the exception of some radiator heating problems, but staff amd manager right there to help. All staff was welcoming. Will definitely use on my next trip."

"A lovely hotel. Steps from subway. Dining and shopping everywhere. Room was very comfortable. We appreciated the welcome gift. Bathroom was clean; looked like it had recently been retiled. Could have used soap at the sink instead of reaching to the shower for soap to wash your hands. Biggest issue was a lack of hot water. We addressed this at the front desk and received compensation."

"The hotel is really cool and in an excellent location. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was always cleaned really well. The hotel bar is awesome with a really great vibe and the lobby was also a nice place to hang out with the family. The only problem is there were no garbage cans in the lobby so we had to leave our trash on the table. We had a handicap room so it was a nice size and I have to say the water pressure in the hotel is fantastic. The bed was pretty comfortable more on the hard side, but they did not have a good range of pillows so I went to target and bought a three dollar soft pillow which I used for the three nights I was there. other than that it was a fabulous stay"
