"Nice hotel right by Grundlsee Lake, offering an amazing view. I had a room with a balcony directly facing the lake—it was stunning. The breakfast buffet was great and had a lot of variety. There’s a bus stop right next to the hotel. I’ll definitely come again to enjoy a different view in the summer!"

"The details were wrong. The building has been refashioned as a ski shop and is unrecognisable. The room next to mine was very noisy, leaving a crate of beer outside my room. They were so rowdy they set the fire alarm off at 4am. I paid the high pri e because I believed breakfast was included and that this accommodation was a chocolate box style chalet style Hotel. Instead I got a ski shop with rooms. Please arrange a 50% refund"

"My parents, husband, and I spent two glorious days at this hotel and we are eager to return. This is a Spa and wellness hotel and not a tourist hotel, which is why we chose it. I speak some German, but my parents and husband speak only English. "The hotel is advertised as having AC, this was a key element in my decision to book this hotel. Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows. We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it. That was on Saturday and we checked out on Monday. I have yet to hear back from her or anyone in the property. The receptionist offered us another room where they opened the windows.
