"The property has some security issues which are easy to fix. It seems that a window of the house was force and the door of the guest house was force too. I report the issue to expedia and the owner. i stayed in tne place with my 2yr old kid. Expedia was awful at the chat help. Do not even try it. No empathy, did not care I have a two year old with me even when I stated the security issue (issue that is important for any perdon that states there no matter the age). Worst service ever. First night...

"The house itself is fine. Clean and good parking. The toilet paper fixture was broken, the soap in the bathroom is cheap. They charge $200 (insane) deposit of which they decided to take $22 because i slightly stained their crappy white towels with a smudge of makeup. They claimed that they couldnt be cleaned so they deducted that from my deposit. So, be careful staining their towels "

"Needed a place on short notice and found this one. The check in process threw me off with all the pictures they required lol but after i got that out of the way i have nothing bad to say about this place extremely clean and a nice place to stay. Great value for th the price. Host was very helpful with my questions and concerns i would recommend this place to others!"

"Hello, I enjoyed my stay in San Antonio, but this listing is very confusing. I payed extra to check in early when I got to the property and used the code they gave me and when to relax after a long travel day someone walked into the house while laying down it was a maintenance guy. Then, following an hour later, I had four gentlemen use a code and walked into the house saying that they were booked. A confusing time was there. Management told me that I was booked for the guest house in the back...
