There were bugs in the room, the beds were uncomfortable, and the couch was torn and appeared to be falling apart. We also had to call to be checked in and the attendant made it clear we woke him up and was inconvenienced by it.

I never checked in. Arrived from airport and was told that I was assigned as a “no show” and I no longer had a room to stay in. There was no information about limit on when to Check in. Just what time check started and what time we had to check out. I had to walk around looking for a hotel that had a room available at 1am. With bags. This was a terrible experience!

They always ask how we are doing, but actually take the time to listen and give feedback/ personal experience. They make us feel like more than just the total checkout price. The desk staff appeared to be under the influence never at the front. No staff presence during stay. The elevator was having electrical communication errors. Not a single amenity offered was made available. Staff was not available to assist with check in or check out for customers. Trash and dirty laundry peppered the hallways. The entire hotel smell strongly of marijuana. The only clean thing in the hotel was the room.

The manager tried to get me to pay again saying they never received payment from 3rd party. The rooms air conditioner didnt work making it hot and uncomfortable. The microwave didnt work either and i wasted about 80 dollars in food. The place had roaches.Told the manager repeatedly about the issue and he kept telling me he would get me another room that never happend. Never again will i stay there...

Excellent front desk staff. Cant say enough good about how we were treated but the actual property was terrible. Smells of marijuana, cigarettes, fake fragrance all over the property in the halls and rooms. Destroyed furniture. Sink did not drain. My husband had to fix the toilet.so many unidentified sounds coming from various things in the plumbing and bathroom.
