"Hotel staff are not friendly so do not expect any greetings nor smiles from them. They were not helpful nor keen in giving information about attractions nearby. Getting your luggage to and from the room was not convenient as there wasn’t any lifts. We had to carry our own luggage up the stairs so do not carry any heavy luggage if you decide to stay here. No bellboy here. "

"Great stay! Very kid friendly. Daily foam party in the kiddie pool, 60 cms deep. 5 kuai beers. Lobby bar is a good time at the end of the day. Beds were acceptable for western standards and the seafood buffet was excellent. Our 2 night stay turned into 6. Excellent stay in the Ramada."

Also had a problem when checking in, as they were refusing to honour breakfast, even though it was clearly included in the reservation. "Our trip as a family of 4 with teenagers was good! The views from the balconies are amazing. The beach is across the street making it convenient to go. Staff did not have much English, but with a translation app, were very prompt in helping. Large buffet breakfast. A beautiful spot for afternoon tea as well."

"Lovely two day stay at the Villa in Sanya, away from any crowds and a nice beachfront mostly to ourselves. Breakfast was quite good even if dinner on-site was more average, but quite close to downtown Sanya so plenty of local dining options within easy reach. Very pleasant little retreat!"
