"I got a inflammation in the eye during my stay at the hotel. The staff arranged a meeting with the doctor. They also arranged the prescription afterwards, so I got it to the hotel room. Thanks for everything."

"In the heart of everything. Personnel makes you feel special. Nice and quiet with resort like feel in the heart of the city. Nice balcony but no seating could have been an opportunity. Yoga instructor at 8 am lacked enthusiasm and could have shown more passion for her craft. Gym did say silence but too many people were talking in their phone while exercising and should be informed of the policy."

"The staff were commendable. They went out of their way to satisfy us. The gym facilities were very good and were accessible during our short stay. The room was of a generous size with cushioned chairs, a desk and chair a tv and comfortable twin beds. There was not enough drawer space but that was our only criticism. We got a4 night package at a reasonable price but the hotel is not cheap. "

"Gorgeous property inside and out. Our first time to India and the service and hospitality at this hotel is like no where else in the world. Helpful, kind and went above and beyond in all aspects of our stay. Breakfast was amazing and offered a full spread of international options each morning. Connected to an upscale mall with many dining options as well. Highly recommend and would stay again. Namaste. "

"I had a great stay at Grand Hyatt Goa, and the staff truly made a difference. Celestina handled both check-in and check-out smoothly, making the process completely hassle-free. She also sent small treats to our room each day, which was a thoughtful touch and she made our stay even more enjoyable. "The service at Oberoi is warm and attentive. English is well spoken. The hotel public spaces are breathtaking and serene. My room had a beautiful view. At the outside bar, sunsets and cocktails were brilliant. Early in the morning, it was nice to cross the street, Marine Drive, to sit on the seawall and watch the day begin. Many joggers, yoga, strollers. "

"The very first day early morning something suspicious happened someone was just hitting very hard on the wall we heard someone was screaming and we heard the glass breaking we all 4 people were terrified & shocked when we tried to call the desk nobody responded & when I called the manager on his whatsup number then the front desk people came up & the reason of such nuisances they gave was totally not acceptable I personally won’t ever come back to this property again "

"It is too expensive for what they are charging. Breakfast has very limited options. Apartments are old. Rooms are touched up and have good lighting. Though bathrooms need a lot of improvement. No proper drainage. Shower has good water pressure and the hot water works."
