"Clean, comfortable, trendy and out of the box. Fantastic workers, friendly hotel guests and the coolest design of any hotel I’ve ever seen. I’m a huge fan of this property and the citizenM brand. So unique. I love how they include an iPad in the room with curtains that close themselves. Also the light control panel is beyond me. Pick any view (high floor low floor, west east south north) all available at the same price, you get to choose it at check-in. No hotel security deposit authorized at check-in. Another plus for me!"

"I was a bit nervous after looking at the reviews, however, the rooms didn't smell, the shower was clean, and no stains on the sheets. The front desk people were very helpful during check in. My only complaints are that there were no free waterbottles in the room (not expected though) and I couldn't figure out how to get my phone to play on the tv. "

"Overall our experience was great! Super easy check in, & very accommodating to any requests we had. Our room itself seemed clean and well kept. The only downsides were the shower, very small water stream & the air vent was quite dirty, but that was the only cleanliness issue we encountered in our stay. The rooms are about as soundproof as it gets, we didn’t hear much aside from muffled sirens. The complimentary breakfast both days we stayed were great, lots of options. Overall I would absolutely stay here again!"
