"The apartment itself was great- nice and roomy. The kitchen has the basics, but not fully equipped. What we found very frustrating was that everything is on the app, I mean everything! You can’t get real help from anyone. I made the mistake of not doing the check in prior to arriving so once we got here it was extremely painful as I couldn’t get it to work. "
