"Great hotel in a good location to everything important in Ottawa. "

"Pretty good condition. Windows and window sills/doors needed some attention. Stayed in 2 bdrm new family suite which was extremely spacious. Busy week at the hotel, so elevators slow (no staff elevators) and a lot of waiting. Staff were great. Bring coffee- their mini drip coffee was terrible. Coffee shop downstairs doesn’t open until 8 am."

"Property was well maintained and room was immaculate with everything you need for a short stay.....will definitely be coming back during the summer season and will enjoy having a drink on the balcony. Breakfast was also great with something for everyone and all fresh and delicious. Location was great with Byward Market less than a 5 minute walk away and Parliament Hill also a short 20 minute walk away. A definite winner all around."
