"I really like this hotel. However, there was a power outage, and no one explained what was going on, why there was no power, when it would be fixed, or protocol for such an instance as that. That should be looked into and corrected. It was very cold out and snowing, and we were told nothing about what we should do. "

"The pros: parking right outside the door, your own suite with a separate bedroom, very nice and modern furnishings, mini fridge, brewpub and restaurant right across the street, relatively inexpensive for a suite. The cons: feels isolated, neighborhood not the best, parking isn’t secure, NOTHING nearby is open on Sundays, and (in our #1 suite) the Keurig coffee maker did not work. (They also only provided regular coffee pods; no decaf). And the contactless concept means there’s no one to talk to...
