"This property is a good place to stay. Traffic and trains are a tad noisy but you have the same issue with other properties in the area. Lots of restaurants and shopping with walking distance and a free hop on hop off bus service that loops to stores and restaurants further away. Nice pool, hot tub and exercise facility. Staff very friendly and helpful."

"Right next to Jack London Square which has many dining options and 5 minute walk to ferry to San Francisco. Rooms are clean with a fridge. Free parking. The lobby and public areas need a remodel. Not the best area to the east and the noise from the Amtrak trains is loud. Breakfast needs improvement. "

"Overall this was a great hotel but some minor things. I think it was because of the position of our apartment looking out onto the wharf. Pros: - incredible view - convenient location - safe - free drinking water and amenities - great decor and design that fitted in well with location Cons: - music from street food vendors was very loud until midnight - music from cars driving down street was so loud that it vibrated the apartment "

"Clean, spacious and located perfectly for those wishing to spend some time around the pier area. Room provided everything you need for a stay, including microwave and sink area and the beds were comfortable. Our only negative is that there’s a security deposit taken at check in. As an international traveller I’ve been told I could be waiting upto 30 business days for this to be returned. If travelling with a family I would advise you have this money aside (3 nights $150).
