"We stayed in the family room (changed from double), as the double room was a dark pit. The family room was spacious for 2 people, for a small additional fee. The hotel is in a convenient location, a 5 minute walk from the ferry terminal, but there are no signs so its difficult to find. There is a shortcut through the hotel, which we didnt know about until the final day, so ask the staff about that. Definitely different from the run of the mill Western style hotels, only minutes away from the Nile..Way more peaceful than the east bank situated in a very friendly village. The management and staff were amazingly helpful and kind. The restaurant was great, we never even bothered eating anywhere else. "

"Sayed and the team were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous and the property super well kept. It’s close to everything you need to do on the West Bank and if you need they can organise a driver for you. There are plenty of local taxis and Tuk tuks too. Dinner is very reasonably priced and has a wealth of options - all Egyptian. I can’t recommend staying here enough! "

"The hotel is a garden oasis by the Nile. It has a gorgeous rooftop biew of the Nile, there are organic gardens, fruit trees, and beautiful flowers all around, with multiple outdoir areas to dine. The food is amazing and freh, and often picked from the gardens. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and go out of their way to make your stay wonderful. Mohammed Ali gave amazing service and always went out of his way to make the guests' stays marvelous. "
