Food is delicious, good variety although not filled promptly so some serving dishes were empty till we asked for them to be filled. Front staff, amazing. "

"This place was nice to stay in interlaken. Close you interlaken west station, close to markets. Interlaken is not a big town so you can walk everywhere if you have your stay booked in interlaken. Because its a self check in there is no one in the front desk to get service. If you need extra service such as towels, you would need to talk to people in the morning around 10am when they are here to clean rooms."

"The property basically gets the job done, without any additional bells or whistles. There is only 1 shower to be shared between all 4 rooms (there is an additional 1/2 bathroom, so the toilet load is shared between 2 of them). The 2 rooms on the middle floor have sinks, which reduces the load on the 2 bathrooms. "Clean, beautiful. Friendly and helpful staff. Needed to ask staff for an HDMI cable as they didn’t have smart TVs (a little disappointing). Had no control over the temperature of the room, was told in the winter they set the entire hotel to a certain temperature so we found ourselves opening the windows at night to our dismay. Otherwise, pool area , gym and rooms themselves were lovely. Walking distance to town, shopping, laundromat, train stations and a lovely 3 mile walk around the lake. "
