"I stayed 5 nights for a conference. Great location and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The only downsides were that my room was right by an elevator, and I could hear people out in the hall and in the room next door. Also, there are a lot of homeless people right outside, but I could avoid by using the skywalks to cross the street. The bar is convenient but expensive - my glass of “red wine” was $26 (before tip) and was served in a dirty glass. "

"Everything was great however the valet was horrible and did not feel as luxurious as the hotel looks and the compared to the service they provided inside.But a comforting and very clean place to stay."
