"This was the second time our family stayed there and it was because of the people. The place felt like home and was very comfortable. When we didn’t have hot water, they fixed it. They were very gracious when we had to leave a day early because the soccer tournament ended sooner than expected. We would highly recommend this hotel."

"We were on a sisters trip (4). Greet place to stay!! Clara at front desk was awesome and so was Vanessa in the dining area!! She even came over and told us bye because she was leaving early and she knew we was leaving. What an asset to this company. We will definitely be back! The whole crew was wonderful and very clean place to stay! The only thing wrong with the 5 day stay was the hot tub wouldn’t stay hot. Only 1 night was hot other nights luke warm. But they were working on getting it fixed. "

"We chose this property because of the ease of getting around all areas of St. Louis and outskirts. We never dreamed that on top of being a very convenient location that we would have the best hospitality that we have had in a very long time. We are frequent travelers for work, family and recreation and this is by far the best place we have stayed in years (pre COVID). The staff is top notch, across the boardd, not just one or two. Every single person that we came in contact with was outstanding. Breakfast was great, linens were great, beds (you guessed it) great - it was clean and quiet, even with a softball and baseball tournament and a very large wedding. There was plenty of parking that was close, even if we were in the parking garage. The lobby is great for hanging out with family in different rooms. I cannot say enough good about this. It was nice to stay in a hotel that is still getting customer service right!!!"
