"The villa is very comfortable and in a quiet location (nothing much at walking distance) right by the beach. The pool is excellent and the service was very friendly. However, this place is more suited for independent living and doesn't offer most of the usual hotel services. Moreover, it is overpriced for what you get. "The place was find. But in fact, the room was not truly as the pictures shown in the website. Also, the room owner was rude. He told the staff when we check in that we not paid to him whether we have 50% paid in advance as he requested and he said he don’t care the guest perception. It very bad impression. No service mind of the owner."

"Cheap but not that great. Bed hard and up on a platform you had to crawl up to. Bathroom wet and not very nice. Did not eat as the hotel orders food to be delivered from another resort. Service was so bad that if we had wanted to eat we couldn’t have as everyone disappeared. Tiny pool. Staff swimming in it fully clothed. Over priced for what you get. "Amazing staff. The resort is absolutely beautiful and the pool was a favorite for my toddler. Lots of activities for the little one. Quiet and far from the busy city but a 20 min grab taxi ride gets you to markets and mall. "

Great place to relax and make memories

"The Regent Cha-am Beach resort was a very comfortable stay in January 2025. We booked to stay for a wedding held in the grounds. The staff were very helpful and arranged cars, helped us book a fabulous cooking class and were happy to help with everything. The interior is a little tired and sadly the spa was not open. The wedding ceremony area and reception was well prepared by the staff and everything looked fabulous. Over our 5 night stay, the food was very good and our experience overall was great. "

Peaceful Cha Am

"Nice Location with two pools one of them near the beach staff was really on spot with requests. They changed our rooms. The first one had defective air conditioning and the batteries needed changing in the safe n door lock but they took care of those things right away the Bellmen were on it stepped out of the cab, took our luggage up to the room. Friendly staff all around. The only things that could use improving or change the carpet at the entrance of our rooms and the narrow old bathtub will be better if it were an open shower. Nice to have a 7-11 in front. Awesome sun rise view from our room "
