"The room was a good size and it was nice and bright. Great location for walking to everything we needed. No restaurant but lots of them nearby. The bed was super comfortable and the room was very quiet. Was happy they allowed us to check in very early. Would stay again."

"My room had a bugs crawling on the pillow. I have the video and I showed the manager. I sent him the video as well as his request. He said prior moving me from my room he will send a team to make a full room investigation to see if there are more. which was fine. No one ever came. The next day I woke up with more bugs in my bed that I have squashed while sleeping."

"Great hotel for the price and right on the water which I’m sure is nice in the summer vs a polar vortex. The streetcar stops almost right outside and takes you right into Union Station. From there it’s really easy to get around. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but definitely not horrible. I would stay here again as air is great value for the rate. "
