There were stains on the floor and walls, only one knife one spoke one fork and one teaspoon and the cups, plates hadn’t been washed and were sticky, plus there were no bowls just plates! "Well appointed, cosy apartment in London Colney. I stayed on my own, which was fine, however with two people it would have been a bit too cosy! I noted there was a shared kitchen facility although I had no need to use this. I had a few small niggles with the apartment (e.g. no nightstands, no bedside light, ill-fitting toilet seat, no terrestrial tv) however these were minor and overall I enjoyed staying here. Also reasonably good value for money, given the price of hotels in the area."
