"The room was excellent with a surprising amount of space, clean and all the usual amenities you'd need. It was nice and quiet as it could be considering the adjacent road. Both dinner options in the pub and breakfast in the restaurant on the other side were delicious with plenty of choice. At every stage the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. "Do not stay here. Found hairs in beds, questionable stains on sheets, can’t explain the smell. Marks on walls, cracks in plaster that were more than hairline and damage everywhere. Needs refurbishing!"

"Property is short walk into Mansfield town center. Apartment had all the amenities for cooking and laundry. Just downfall was no soap or shampoo or laundry powder luckily i checked in early too purchase so was not an issue but cloud imagine if i checked it late"

"Only a 1-night stay on business, but the check-in was prompt and friendly, room comfortable, plenty of sockets for laptops, iPads, phones etc and the food in the restaurant (I had the meatball starter and combination shish for main), was excellent. Full English in the morning could have been a bit more impressive, but overall a good stay. Fully recommend for short business trips."

"Overall a pleasant stay. Room (suite with tub) was spacious and comfortable, and had most utilities you need for a short stay. Could’ve used blinds behind the curtains, as room was facing a road/parking lot (we had our curtains closed all the time, which made the room very dark). Food from the restaurant/roomservice was pretty overpriced. But would overall recommend."

"Hotel area a little tired especially entrance stairs, room was good a bit cold on entry but soon warmed up once I worked out the aircon unit which is explained in a handy instruction guide. Food was very good and the discount for guests was a nice touch "

"Very well proportioned room and very comfortable. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately restaurant was closed other than for breakfast but it is very central to loads of cafes/restaurants and I enjoyed the walk along the canal to get Sunday lunch. Very pleasant stay and very quiet at night. "

"Second stay with our french bulldog We stayed on Christmas Day / Boxing Day for the Pink Coconut Reunion at the Palis Nightclub Check in was quick and the receptionist can remember her name but she is South American was lovely and really helpful Hotel is in a fab location in the city centre we had everything on the doorstop It’s also pet friendly which is great over as we often travel with our dog Hotel was very quiet but it was Christmas Day Our room was huge with a nice seating area and lovely powerful walk in shower Would definitely stay again "
