"We love everything about this hotel except the overwhelmed food odor of the previous customer was still lingering in our room."

"We liked that the room has a functional kitchen and a washer dryer. Although a 12 min walk to Ueno, it was flat. if one uses the Iriya Exit, it cuts a minute or two. Staff was courteous and professional. The downside, most properties that I’ve booked has 11 or 12nn check out time, this property has a 10am checkout. "

"I definitely loved the location, close to Okachimachi station, 4 min walk to Ginza station, about 15 min walk to Akihabara. Ueno shopping was crazy busy, food is always top notch. Hotel was perfect for a family of 4, washer/dryer combo in the room gave us more room in the luggage to bring gifts home. There is a cool and very traditional town in Ueno that was filled with Temple and Shrines. Amazing trip, we are already planning our next adventure because we didn't get to do everything we wanted....

"Very accessible to train station and a lot of dining options, Starbucks, Mcdonald's, convenience store, massage parlor, 24 hours grocery just in front of the hotel. Though a busy area but still is quiet and had a peaceful and relaxing stay here. The place is well maintained and very clean. All amenities listed are provided. You just have to ask front desk so they can lend you. The staff are very welcoming and very helpful. This hotel is highly recommended. "
