"We stayed in the Kilauea condo, which is surrounded by tropical rain forest. Very romantic. Carlos prepared a nice breakfast for the two days that we stayed. We were blessed to be there one night when Kilauea erupted. The manager texted us and we were among the first people there. Amazing experience. The only negative is that the wifi is limited so download anything you want to watch before you come or enjoy the view and read a book"

"Our first time in Hawai’i, and this place was one of the highlights of our trip. Surrounded by lush forest and secluded, it was the perfect getaway. The central location on the island allows for east access to everywhere. We will definitely be talking about/recommending the volcano mist cottage to others. "

"This room is in a large 2-story house converted for purposes of rental. I believe there were 5 or 6 rooms total. It was a nice room with a jetted tub with a hand held shower wand, separate toilet and sink, and an alcove that had a small fridge and microwave. It was nice that there were some snacks and fresh fruit provided. The reason we chose it was it's proximity to Volcano National Park. It was a nice place for the single night we stayed."
