"Me and my family of 12 stayed there for a weekend, as we had a family wedding in Grenoble. The staff was kind and attentive, we had a family dinner in the restaurant and they kept it open until past midnight for us to finish dinner. Also, they allowed us to enter the pool before the opening hour and sell us coffees the day we departure, even if it was past the breakfast time. "This hotel was ideally located to the customer site I was visiting. Also a McDonald's close by..4 min walk if you fancy a cheeky burger. Also a large grocery shop Crafour beside it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only minor complaint was the breakfast sometimes did not have some items always available. However the staff were attentive once made aware. Lovely view of the mountains ans wow comfortable bed. "

"Stayed at this property many times. Typically very good experience. 2 issues this trip; elevator could only go down and breakdast selection and amount, not like before. Stayed 5 days, never seemed to be effort to fix 1st floor elevator button issue. Breakdast used to be spread out more with more quanties of everything. Always just enough put out. 5 days, only just a few sausage links, always at bottom of milk pitcher, just very little put out."

"Well, where do I begin? The photo of the Hotel on Expedia was spectacular. Imagining like the Hampton Court Palace in England. The field, garden, and tranquility.
