"We stayed for 4 nights, a family of 4. It was a very pleasant stay. People are nice and friendly. The place is clean and the staff were helpful. The facilities in the hotel were great. I wish a bottle of water was provided as part of the half board service. The wifi in the room was a little poor in particular 2 nights out of the 4. The rest was moderate. "Wonderful location, right beside the beach. Quite clean and breakfast was fine. The room was absolutely tiny however. Twice after housekeeping my room was left unlocked. The taxi the hotel provided to the airport was awful, really dangerous driver who decided to race other cars whilst taking me to the airport. "

"Horrible communication from the staff, they were extremely rude to me and my family. They did not follow what was agreed with writing prior to booking and showed us a huge surprise bill, on top of that, the waiters were ignoring our requests, and very rude. Room was ok, it was dirty behind the bed walls and hidden places. I will not recommend staying there and find yourself a better and kinder staff to work with. The only thing was nature and sea, which has nothing to do with this hotel."
