"Friendly check in Barbara. Did not appreciate that the desk was only open 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Although we booked through Expedia a credit card # or $100 cash is required at check in so you don’t steal the beach towels which weren’t in our room! We left before 9:00 am for the beach therefore couldn’t get towels. We also did a self checkout at 8:30 am therefore there was no way to get cash back had we left it. "We had booked a 1 bedroom apartment, i had asked if possible to have a room on a high floor, when we checked in the receptionist informed us that we had been upgraded to a 2 bedroom corner apartment on the 5th floor. We definitely got the WOW! factor when we walked in. The apartment was very spacious with everything you could need. Its was absolutely spotless and the views were amazing we had both sea and mountain. My only negative was that we had to leave. I would highly recommend the Blue Line...

"We had 5 nights at this property - it was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and the apartment itself had everything one might expect. The reason why we cannot give it 5* is the Spa. We paid extra for the Spa and although we enjoyed a big discount (which was offered on arrival), we did not expect to have to pay extra for the sauna, which was in the Spa block. "The flat was perfectly situated for exploring Alicante on foot. A few minutes from the waterfront, or the market in the other direction, and right on the edge of the old town. At the end of our stay, only five minutes to the airport bus. The flat had everything you'd want - fridge, microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle; in the basement there are several washing machines and tumble dryers.
