"We spent 10 days at la Résidence Les embruns in September, and we loved it. It's an older property that would benefit from some renovations and updates (like a fresh coat of paint all over). That said, it's very close to the wonderful beach, and also services like a grocery store (Carrefour Market). Carole at the reception desk is a pleasure to deal with. Downtown is about one kilometre away, an easy and pleasant walk. Very recommended."

"Beautiful property in a wonderful scenic setting, with a path from the door down to the bay below. Good views (when the sea mist lifted) of the sea, all the way to Le Havre. Would have been a lovely quiet setting, surrounded by pastures and trees, although we couldn't use our sun balcony for a couple of hours due to a group of 20 to 30 people (guests of the proprietor?) having a very noisy outside buffet party directly underneath us"

"We stayed here for one night in September. It's a beautiful 200+ year old house on a gorgeous property that is only a 7 minute walk from the historical center. There is free parking on site and breakfast is delicious (the home made apple juice is divine). Our room was nice and spacious. "Really gorgeous hotel, grounds are very pretty and well kept. Staff were incredibly helpful. The only thing that was missing was there wasn’t a restaurant on site for evening meals. "Lovely hotel. It’s very nice that they have a complimentary shuttle into town and a symbiotic relationship with their sister property in town, Le Normandy. Be sure to check out live piano music there on the weekend. Beware that they don’t speak any English at this property, which I found surprising for a four star. "
