"Beds very low. Too close to the floor as you felt the cold from the tiles. Air conditioning very noisy and didn't give any heat to the bedrooms even with leaving the door open. "The hotel itself is beautiful and well kept. Breakfast was delicious and convenient. There is parking available a short walk from the hotel lobby. They do have lifts. Staff wasn't overly friendly. Customer service was just ok. We did not prebook spa services and were not able to get in for services while we were there. We were not able to decline maid service. They use a strong chemical air freshener in the hallways if you're respiratory sensitive."

Plus a cot for our baby with an extra mattress, and they cutely put a little towel and chocolate on his pillow. "Gorgeous hotel, looks brand new. Multiple pools so there’s a place for families who have children and then an adult pool. Nice bar outside which serves cocktails. Room was clean and modern, nice sea view. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful with bookings and recommendations. Sometimes bathrooms of a hotel this size are outdated but this was modern and looked recently refurbished. It is about €10 taxi for a trip in to town.
