O banheiro é encardido e minúsculo , com espelho todo descascando e chuveiro elétrico de difícil regulagem. A TV é de 20", bem antiga e com imagem ruim. "White marble floors in the lobby. Staff eager to please. Quiet room (31) away from the sidewalk. My only criticism is that they need to replace the plastic flowers with live plants, and I suggest that they paint the faded room doors in baby blue. The hand rail going down from the second floor to the first floor (third to second, in the U.S.) needs to be secured. Overall, excellent value for the money, smack dab in the middle of town on top of the mountain."

Halls were a little creepy since the light would turn on one by one as you walk by, like in a horror movie, breakfast was delicious, parking was paid, which is weird since it’s not a downtown location with limited parking… All in all a good bang for the buck."

It was impossible to conduct my online meetings in the hotel during my stay. I complaint at the reception and discussed the situation with Expedia. I checked out after two of the 5 day stay. "My stay was wonderful, the entire team was helpful, helpful, and committed to making sure I had the best. I have several dietary restrictions and I was satisfied with all of them, with an incredible menu. "A lovely remote hotel constructed from an old coffee plantation house. Excellent buildings and layout, lovely food, plenty to do but if you don't like crowds, avoid the weekends! The hotel was overtaken by wealthy Paulistanos in their expensive cars with kids that don't know how to behave (a trait all over the world!). The high level of rowdy children spoiled an otherwise perfect stay. A great hotel, just avoid the weekends!"
