"This place was great. The manager helped us out on all aspects she is a 5 star host. She really went out of her way to help out. Apartment is super clean, had a chance to workout in the gym and run down and get an expresso in the morning. I highly recommend this place to anyone, it was great. "

"We stayed for 5 days & enjoyed our stay in the Lake. We were in the top floor apartment which has a lot of stairs to climb, no lift. It is a little noisy as it’s right beside the main road so bring ear plugs as that made it better at night to sleep. The second room in the apartment is difficult to stand in as its ceiling is very low due to being an attic. I would recommend the owners upgrade the towels & bath mats as they were very old The staff are very lovely, helpful. Special mention to...

"We had lunch at this hotel 6 years ago and hoped to come back and stay. We were fortunate to stay for 3 nights and had dinner in the restaurant all 3 nights. It appear to be a destination restaurant and we can see why - excellent food and wine list. The room was clean, comfortable and airconditioned - with a spectacular view of Lake Lugano.
