"Our stay was very short. We got in from a late flight arrival and woke up the night manager to let us in the hotel at 1:00 AM (sorry!). Left the following morning at check-out and they were gracious enough hold our baggage until the evening when we departed Auckland. We didn't get to use any amenities; we were only there to sleep. I will say their location is prime--right smack in the premiere shopping area of the CBD. We were only a few minutes walk from the ferry port. Highly recommend! "
