"Loved this property. The regular rooms aren’t very practical, however, if you need to get any work done (there is no desk or even table to work from in the room). It is also odd to have nowhere to hang any clothes (just some drawers under the tv) at all so would mean living out of your suitcase for the duration of the trip. Perfect for a short stay. Excellent staff and beautiful rooms despite the lack of basic practical elements. At the end of the Main Street so perfect location."

"Loved our one night stay at Waypoint. Our trailer was immaculate, much cleaner than most hotels we have stayed at. We loved all the little comfort items that came with our stay. Eye masks, gourmet teas and coffees, toiletries. And the fresh squeezed orange juice was the cherry on top. "

"The hotel was good. The front desk person kept insisting we had only paid for 2 of our 3 rooms upfront even after presenting them with receipts. So that was a little frustrating. Other than that, the location is very convenient."

"There is a significant extra charge for parking and since the hotel is located in a densely populated neighborhood there is really no alternative. Ventura city has terrible parking regulations-almost every space is sized for a compact car-so maybe this parking charge is just following those guidelines? I would give this hotel an excellent rating but for the parking issue. "

"My wife and I came here for our wedding anniversary. Easy parking, Courtney at the from desk and the other check in girl were both very friendly and it was nice to be greeted with a smile. "Stayed in the area as my son is in school at the navy base in Port Hueneme. We stayed in the 2 room suite, rooms and living area was spacious and clean. 5 minute walk to the beach and about 15 minute walk to the cute shopping area by beach with many restaurants to choose from. "Pierpoint Inn was a nice place to stay as it had ample ample and was right across the freeway from the beach. It was only a 4 to 5 minute walk from our room to the sand. OUr room was a bit loud due to the freeway being so close and the security feature on the door did not work. But, the rest of the room as clean and in good order. The only other downside was we went to breakfast at about 8:30 and the eggs and potatoes were already cold."

"This hotel was so clean and smelled amazing. Even the bath towels smelled so fresh! The breakfast was a huge bonus, and just a short walk to the downtown shop’s & restaurants. It is on the other side of the freeway so there is no beach view, but for the price I’d book again. "
