"A great stay at the Ventura Best Western. The staff was friendly and very accomodating. The rooms were spotless. A yummy breakfast of bacon, sausage, omelets, scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, cereals, waffles, fruit and more. It was obvious the staff takes pride in keeping their guests happy. A great place to stay."

"I wasn’t aware of any renovations and although it was a little strange how the set up was, I was extremely impressed with the amazing customer service! I travel for work so I wasn’t affected by the fact the office was in a hotel room, however, breakfast was still offered and my room was very clean. So under the circumstances, I would definitely stay again, with renovations and all!"

"We have stayed here several different times. Our grandkids were little and now they’re graduating so it’s been many years. This visit we had noisy neighbors and then in the next room over a pipe broke and flooded our room. Thankfully nothing in our room got ruined. They moved us to a different room and we did get compensated for one night for our troubles. So overall it ended well. "

"It was a decent spot but it has been run down. Not bad if you’re just getting some rest and a shower. Beds were okay. Linens were clean. Also was not beach front as shown in photos."
