"We stayed here as we were attending an event at the UberEats Music Hall - perfect location for the venue and restaurants. The breakfast was ok. We arrived early - it would have been good if we could have checked in then. Even though we were not expecting to have the room ready it would have been easier to get the formalities out of the way "

"Check in and check out where fast and convenient. Room was clean and comfortable. Train station is less than 2 minutes walking. This is my second time staying and I am very satisfied. The only feedback is they should update the tv’s to smart tv’s just in case you want to watch a movie. 🙂"

"The staffs are very nice. The hotel is clean and quiet. The only complaint is the comfort is too thick for summer. We had to keep the air conditioner running low in the night. Other wise it’s too hot to sleep with the thick comfort."

Rooms were clean and had what you needed, but on the small size. Breakfast was plentiful and self-service; convenient. "I stayed for 3 nights for a solo weekend trip. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very decent with many options and available until 11.30am which was great. Location was amazing since it's next to Alexanderplatz. Staff was friendly and helpful. A minor issue was the soundproofing which wasn't great, every morning I could hear the doors of the nearby rooms (7th floor) banging and even feel the vibrations, which disturbed my sleep. Also, one morning there were small flies in the breakfast buffet area which was also not great."

"One night stay with family while travelling through Germany. This hotel is bang in the middle of what I needed to be fair. Everything was on our doorstep. The reception area seemed very chaotic as it was very busy but we breezed through checkin. Room was a decent size and clean. "
