"Very friendly and helpful staff, they gave us information to find our way into Strasbourg by tram, which was about a 10 minute walk from hotel. It’s a little remote so walking back late at night made my partner feel a little uncomfortable, but having said that we didn’t encounter any problems. We found the hotel room a little chilly in the evening, and TV channels in English were very limited. We watched Netflix from our phone instead with free Wi-Fi. There was a jacuzzi bath in our room but...

"I’d fully recommend this hotel for a stay when visiting Strasbourg. The tram is a 5 min walk and gets you straight into the markets and in the main station. The room was very comfortable and exactly what was needed for a base to go explore. The bed was huge and very comfy. The shower was powerful and hot. The only downside was there isn’t a baggage store once checked out. "

"Charming historic hotel with large rooms and bathrooms! Decorated beautifully for the holidays and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The balcony overlooking the charming courtyard was awesome. There are plenty of public spaces to gather in and the bar is friendly.
