"Friendly check in Barbara. Did not appreciate that the desk was only open 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Although we booked through Expedia a credit card # or $100 cash is required at check in so you don’t steal the beach towels which weren’t in our room! We left before 9:00 am for the beach therefore couldn’t get towels. We also did a self checkout at 8:30 am therefore there was no way to get cash back had we left it. "The hotel was perfect for what we needed. The pool is good. We liked to get down early in the morning before the kids got there. There’s those silly people who put towels on loungers all day even though they didn’t arrive till early evening this affected our first day as there was lots free but with towels on them. "The apartment is very centrally located in the historic district and very close to the beach as well. Surrounded by restaurants, bars, nice shopping stores & grocery stores. "This property was very very noisy, there were people running and banging furniture well into the early hours, we complained at the desk as did som other guests the noise eventually stopped 2 days later when the desk threatened them with expulsion. There was other noise from guests singing through the night we again complained and they eventually stopped, will never stop here again!"

"Awful apartments, avoid them. Very Dirty, location in the middle of no where. No kettle or toaster bare minimum plates, cutlery. When we arrived the bins were full of rubbish from previous renters. We had to ask reception to come empty them. "

"Wonderful stay in a great area! If you bring a car, you park in the garage right before the hotel entrance (it’s a one lane garage entrance that is used for both In & Out. You push the button to talk to the hotel & let you in to open the garage and then head to elevator to go up to ground level check in and let them know you have parked there. The hotel is conveniently located near the center of stores and restaurants (walking distance) and a 24hr mini market very close. The castle Santa Barbara is walking distance and a must see! You take an elevator to the top of the castle and once you get to the top you have amazing views and lots to see. There is also a small coffee/drink kiosk at the top but there is uneven terrain and it is a lot of uphill and in my opinion can be challenging with a stroller or if you have a hard time walking, but you can see a lot just from where the elevator takes you. All these wonderful things near the hotel are a bonus to a great hotel. The staff was very helpful and the hotel also has 2 washers and 1 dryer for guest use for 1€ to wash and about the same to dry. You must bring your own laundry soap. Don’t think twice! Book this place!"

"Such a beautiful hotel and great location, in the old town and just a few minutes from the beach, shops and the bus to the airport. The room was spacious and beautifully designed with a comfortable bed. There’s a nice cafe for breakfast too. Highly recommend. "
