"Could not have find a more ideally located apartment that offered everything we wanted. Clean, comfortable beds, easy access, rooftop pool and seating area was a super bonus. so many great places to eat and drink within a 2 or 3 minute walk, supermarket across the road, a few minutes walk to Metro/tram. would definitely return, would highly recommend."

"Friendly check in Barbara. Did not appreciate that the desk was only open 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Although we booked through Expedia a credit card # or $100 cash is required at check in so you don’t steal the beach towels which weren’t in our room! We left before 9:00 am for the beach therefore couldn’t get towels. We also did a self checkout at 8:30 am therefore there was no way to get cash back had we left it. Our credit card number was manually recorded including cv #, this is not standard...

"We stayed in a lovely apartment on the 8th floor with a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed and access to a laundry room which was free. They even provided free chairs/parasols to use at the beach. Staff were super helpful! Apartment was a few minutes from the tram stop, several supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. Would absolutely stay here again! "

"Situated in central Torrievieja. It is a few minutes walk from the bus garage and shops. It is about a 10 minutes walk to the sea front. The reception and dining area are modern. The rooms have dated decor. There is no kettle in the room. Breakfast was a small croissant in a packet, a small cake in a packet, two toasts (lovely bread), butter, jam, a slice of ham and cheese. "The location is very convenient, they checked us in quickly. During our stay, the light in the room went out in the evening, the problem was solved in 10 minutes. The only thing to pay attention to is the pungent smell of detergents! Thank you!"

"Abdel was very helpful and was able to facilitate easy check in. Fantastic base for holiday. Situated in old town with many great restaurants nearby. The prime location allowed us easy access to all the main sites, beach, shops and restaurants. The rooms are great. I would highly recommend."

"This property was very very noisy, there were people running and banging furniture well into the early hours, we complained at the desk as did som other guests the noise eventually stopped 2 days later when the desk threatened them with expulsion. There was other noise from guests singing through the night we again complained and they eventually stopped, will never stop here again!"

"The hotel was perfect for what we needed. The pool is good. We liked to get down early in the morning before the kids got there. There’s those silly people who put towels on loungers all day even though they didn’t arrive till early evening this affected our first day as there was lots free but with towels on them. "Awful apartments, avoid them. Very Dirty, location in the middle of no where. No kettle or toaster bare minimum plates, cutlery. When we arrived the bins were full of rubbish from previous renters. We had to ask reception to come empty them. "

"The apartment on the 5th floor would be large enough for a family of six. There is so much room with three bedrooms two with their own washrooms. Dishwasher. Washing machine. Close to all the sites in Old town as well as bars and restaurants but the location on Navàs means it’s quiet. Very accommodating team that looks after your every need. "

Excellent service and incredible views.

"The staff was incredibly attentive, making my experience wonderful. I arrived early, hoping to use the luggage storage service, but my room was ready even before check-in. I was able to unwind and relax immediately. The location is also convenient, with supermarkets, restaurants, and a shopping center nearby."
