"I miss ths place. I liked privacy and feel that we were only inhabitants despite there were other groups.European type kitchen in apartment . I like the feeling that everything in the building was secure and strong.We had best breathtaking views ever possible over Bormio town down in the basin which is surrounded by 10.000 feet multiple snowy peaks.This residence is 1000 feet above Bormio so be prepared to drive switchbacks on a quite narrow lane in a traffic sometimes .Grocery store is few...

"staff could not explain properly apartment address. stayed 2 weeks and did not changed the bed linen after 1 week - explanation - cleaner has forgot. sofa bed broken. furniture falling apart and dangerous especially for children."

Appartamenti nuovi e molto belli, dotati di ogni comfort, ad un prezzo molto ragionevole si può aggiungere anche il posto auto in garage, molto comodo per carico/scarico degli sci. "The residence is located at very short walking distance from Livigno centre and near to all main sky/bike lifts facilities. Grocery and most shops are also at short walking distance. Apartments are well kept, neat, well furnished and functional. Size is not extremely big but adequate for the scope (2 adults + 2 kids) as you are not supposed to stay much indoor in a place as Livigno. The owner/manager is very friendly, efficient and available to help. "

"After four previous visits to Livigno, this was the worst accomodation we have experienced there. On arriving at the apartment we realised there was only a curtain in the bathroom which stopped short of the window sill by about a 6". When sat on the toilet, the people in the hotel next door could wave to you as you pondered. In the bedroom, one blind on the door but none on the windows so when you got out of bed, the people in the accomodation opposite could wave to you which was nice if you...

"Clean, cozy hotel in perfect location within walking distance to the Bernina Express. Unfortunately the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Hotel was able to provide a mattress topper which was helpful"
