"I loved my stay here. It was only one night but I was impressed with how helpful the hotel staff is and how hard they try. I laughed out loud reading a review from someone saying they try too hard. The hotel room was spotless and the common areas are very charming I did get a room with no view as it’s in the old town and very close to other buildings but to me that’s part of the charm of staying in a building that is so old. I’ll definitely be back! "

"Super well located, attentive front desk, decent breakfast, clean rooms. However, the Wi-Fi in my room didn't work much past the door to the room! Also, a bathroom should have an exhaust fan. Not excited to have an odour from the previous guest."

"I had moved from another hotel in the city and I am glad I chose this one. It has that antique history character which I prefer over cosmetic sterile types. "My husband was sick and the staff was wonderfully helpful and attentive. They allowed us to check in 30 minutes early after explaining to housekeeping. They also allowed us to check out 3 hours late for a small hourly fee and arranged for the prepaid breakfast to be delivered to my husband in the room. The ladies at the front desk also provided great sightseeing tips (for me) and pharmacy directions ( for him.) The renovated hotel is in a historic area and is modern and gorgeous. It also...

"Easy access to bus for day trip to Verona Staff was extremely helpful and friendly No AC if you go after sept 30 but that seemed to be the case in all our Northern italy stays. Window open was fine as it is not noisy. Overall, a good day we were only going to be there one night but opted to stay a second night because everything was so convenient."
