Cleaning was only every other day and you needed to request it and coffee was not re stocked. On the day of our departure we asked if we could leave our luggage and this request was denied"

"This is a lovely place once you find it - it’s a bit off the beaten track. Nice gardens and setting but nobody there. The housekeeper met us as we arrived at midday but she didn’t know which room we were supposed to be in so sent us away and said check in was at 2. Our room was big enough with nice bathroom and separate terrace which opened onto the garden and pool area. Another couple arrived about 8.30 the following night and nobody was there to meet them. "The location is good but the rooms are tight with uncomfortable an over used mattresses. The most annoying thing is that the bathroom is outside the room shared with others . Even though the bathroom is big with hot water and everything needed. "
