"Traveled with a 4 year old and the guy at the reception gave us a key to the room that didn't work, then left the front desk. When we returned for a new key, no one was there and we all had to rest on a sofa in the restaurant till past midnight, until someone came back to give us a new key. Received a measly 7 Euro compensation for that mess. Clean, nice rooms and good breakfast buffet, but bad customer service."

"Everything was clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and while it is not a particularly kid focused hotel, the kids (6 and 8) were always welcome and accomodated. Breakfast was perfect and the two dinners we had in the reataurant were excellent. It was our first stay but we are already planning to come back. The only downfall was the small bathroom sink. "

"This place is interesting. It is not like a typical hotel. They have staff thru normal business hours but shut down after 9pm. The hallways go dark & you feel as tho you are in an abandoned apartment building. The bed was comfortable. Pillows were not. Shower is small. Bathroom is small & tight. The room is small. "
