"They say they are a 5 star property, but I would rate it as a 4 star property. The price of SAR2500 per night for a Superior (standard) room indicates it is a 5 star. However there was no bellman upon arrival, the mini bar is empty (they say you can call if you need something, in my book that is room service), no turn down service done, so these are all 5 star hotel requirements. A manager told me they don't do all this, only for the executive suits, what I find strange as my room is in the same...

"I was surprised with level of the hotel..i belive it is not 4 star level ..maybe 2 or 3.. The staff are not professional ..in my room which is juniors suite; for 2 nights i couldn't sleep due to the bad smell ( food smell) like if someone is cooking in my room. The breakfast was with very limited choices. "

"This was a business trip, my first one to Riyadh. The location is close to shopping, dining, personal convenience places, a fuel station next to it, small markets, gold markets, a business center, and a short distance from the main city. Also Bus station close by, car rentals, Dry Cleaning services, eye glasses shop incase you lost yours like me. Friendly staff."
