"Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. The room is comfortable and well equipped. The onsen on the 11th floor is excellent, as is the breakfast, great range of Japanese and some western, best breakfast I’ve had in Japan!!"

"The hotel is connected to the Tokushima Station and the Clement Plaza (small shopping center) so it is very convenient. I chose a bigger room and it was really nice, especially the bathroom with a tub that has a city view window (very nice at night).The bus stops are also right outside the main entrance and there are many dining options around the area."

"I saw many Japanese business people there, it is walkable to the Takushima Station, by taxi is under 1000 yen. I asked front desk staff about where is the nearest bus stop to get on buses to the Tokushima Station, but both the 2 staff on duty couldn’t give me a clear idea. Later I found out the bus stop is just 200 meters away: walk out from hotel main entrance, turn left walking to the cross road and turn left again. Only 250 yen to the Tokushima Station. "
