"This is a high-priced hotel. Front desk staff and spa staff were excellent. The hotel itself is lovely, its location is up on a hill which provides lovely views of the salar. The rooms are nice, beds comfortable and facilities modern. However the dining options and staff need some serious attention. "We arrived early in the morning by bus and we hadn’t slept at all. Upon arrival at the hotel around 7:30am the receptionist was very understanding and compassionate and he let us check in at that time and we were very grateful. Uyuni is a small town and the main attraction is the salt flats so don’t come here for anything else. "
