"Fantastic place to stay food fantastic so was stafe and service .rooms maybe a wee bit to warm .also our room was right above a generator but it did settle latter in the night .didnt like the step at the bathroom quite dangerous .alarge mirror in the bathroom would have been Lovley putting all that a side i will be back and i will be recommending it to freinds ."

"Really lovely property and great evening staff offering a really warm welcome. The morning staff didn't seem quite as enthusiastic but maybe that was just the time of day!? The facilities lose a star because the breakfast is not included and can be very expensive if you include a couple of coffees, orange juice, cereal and cooked breakfast. Great stay overall though."

The private Japanese hot tub is a brilliant addition to the room, which was bath temperature and ready for use on arrival. The rooms are well furnished and clean. "We were really happy with our stay. The accommodation was very spacious - perfect for our family. Everything was nice and clean. Plenty of parking outside and it is located close to shops and places to eat. Great communication from the owner. Would definitely recommend and stay there again when we are up North!"

"A sole cyclist, good check in. Secure parking for my bike. An upgrade on a room. Good facilities, lots of hot water. Clean fluffy towels, comfortable bed. Smart TV, tea coffee, bathroom soap etc. quiet night. Full breakfast, juice, coffee toast, croissant, jam butter and a fried English. Very good. Would return, the building is old, a bit run down, but lots of character."
