"Avoid this property at cost. The hotel is the least clean, front office staff and room service are awful - avoid! Avoid. I booked a 4 bed appointment for 6 guests. When arrived the front office management allocated me a 3 bed room appartment, 4th room is store room for the hotel. The 4th room was constantly being used by the hotel and staff sleep over. "

"Staff at hotel is very welcoming and friendly. From the security opening the door and greeting, to the desk staff being friendly and welcoming and the bell boy as well, respectful and friendly. The room was fairly basic. Its along the main road in Dhaka, and the small window in the bathroom allowed plenty of noise to come in overnight. "I stayed here on 02/03/2023 the pictures of the hotel itself looked great but the condition of the hotel is terrible and very deceiving. First of all, the AC unit was taped together with cellotape. There was no hot water, the room was infested with mosquitos, I slept an hour but then woke up to having been bitten all over and at 4am a very large droning noise started which when I queried it, was the water pump.
