"Manager picked up his phone while serving us and made us wait, very unprofessional. Check in was supposed to be at 2pm, we arrived at 2:30pm and were told to return in 30 minutes as the room was not ready yet. Eventually room was ready at 3:15. Area is okay, room condition was not bad but very budget hotel. Will not be staying here again."

"We must have got the apartment no one else wanted. To call this a luxury apartment is a big stretch of imagination. Basically an average apartment with small toilet and small shower room. A separate bedroom with a double bed in a double size room. You have to climb over the end of the bed to get in the room, you have to dress in the lounge because there is no room for this in the bedroom. No full size fridge nor microwave. Wifi was good, and location of apartment was good as near to central...

"I was only there for one night. A lovely hotel. I just wish I had, had the time to try the facilities. My only issue was the marshmallow pillows. Even with 2 they were far too soft. I resorted to using the cushions, supplied."
