"It was lovely staying at the Deer Park Motor inn, their USP is deers, very well maintained and affordable. We and our daughter loved playing with deers and feeding them. Definitely if we are going to come again to Armidale it’s going to our stay."

"After a long drive on the Waterfall Way in the pouring rain, it was wonderful to find a comfortable room, and a delicious room serve meal. So a big sign of relief I didn’t need to go back out for food. Oh I almost forgot, great water pressure in the shower!"

"A good clean motel with a comfortable bed and good facilities such as microwave, jug, toaster, table and chairs etc. An easy walk to lots of food options. The parking is a little tight but better than lots of other motels we have stayed in. Would stay again."

"As others have previously said , this motel is conveniently placed to shops , hotels ,etc . Very clean , and offers a well equipped kitchen to boot . And , guess what , something that is as rare as hen's teeth these days , a comprehensive brekkie menu . Go for it , a hot breakfast delivered to your front door on time , and totally delicious. "

"The only thing wrong was an old outdated television. TV reception was also pretty ordinary. The staff member thought he had fixed the signal issues, but he hadn’t. The signal kept cutting in and out. Otherwise our stay was quite enjoyable."
