"Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The hotel owner made us feel comfortable and even provided umbrellas when she saw us heading out in a rainy day. Room was minimal but provided everything you need for a comfortable and warm stay. Definitely one of the cleanest places we have stayed in while traveling in Europe. Across the street from a train stop and walking distance to the center of Bonn."

"The property lacks any handicap accessibility. The elevator is like a matchbox which could never fit any assistance device (maybe a cane). The rooms are also neither accessible or for families. I requested information about air conditioning because of a medical disability that’s neither hot/cold tolerate. Never heard anything from the site. The room was horribly hot and the fan didn’t help.
