"The facility itself was amazing beautiful check-in was a breeze. We had a free welcome drink when we checked in along with a free drink at the bar on the seventh floor. The only complaint I have is we went for a full breakfast the morning before we left and the service was beyond bad. There was no one to sit us. I had to walk around to find somebody to be sat. I finally found a bartender back behind the bar that was bent over stocking and she said there should be a host which we never didn't see...

"I am moving to KC at the end of the month and was getting some apartment hunting done. This hotel was super affordable and easy to get to all the places I was looking at, as well as numerous restaurants. Also cannot speak highly enough of the staff. So welcoming and great customer service. "

"Pros: Service was great, front staff was very helpful/friendly and got airport shuttle scheduled for me. Room was good size. Cons: Power light on the electric mirror kept me up since it was directly across from main bed, had to put a pillow over power button which worked. Also, tried turning off fan on heater/cooler but it wouldn't turn off and had a loud sound on and off throughout night which also kept me up. Also there were cracks in walls around window with bugs crawling around window"

"Beautiful hotel, especially during the holiday season! Very convenient to a lot of attractions. Only downside is that the picture shows there is a balcony however the door was sealed shut so we could not use the actual balcony."
