"Gave us two towels for 3 people that was gonna stay which was on our reservation, no lotion in bathroom, balcony wasn’t very clean, should of explained more about the key cards being used in elevator but customer explained better than employee did, car crash woke us up and the people above us was so loud it sounded like elephants and they were yelling at the people in the car crash "

"This property was great for a one-night New Year's Eve stay. I really thought the beds were super comfortable. The service was great here, too. I was just disappointed that the onsite restaurant closed early for breakfast the next day. The hotel is very boutique and a very nice historic hotel. "
