"Was very clean the staff we’re excellent and very helpful Unfortunately if you can’t climb stairs they don’t have an elevator.I’m able to so it was ok for me The only thing is it’s surrounded by businesses an has a lot of street noise other than that it’s a good place and cheap Good for a 1 or 2 day stay only"

"The hotel location is walkable to many restaurants and convenient stores. The staff were friendly. For the rooms, the walls are thin and I could hear conversations and noises. I also had some issues with the sink which the drainage would go down very slowly. The WiFi was very good especially for the international calls and meetings I needed to take for work. Just needed to resign back on at times."

"I reserved this place for my daughter and friends who are checking out schools for college in Manila. My reservation included free breakfast and they told my daughter that it’s not, and have them pay for it. After complaining to expedia they tried to resolve it by giving them free lunch which was the same thing they had for breakfast (spam and egg). Another thing that my daughter reported that was weird was they had to leave their room keys to them whenever they leave, and that they had to call...

"Had to book rooms due to a family member visiting a local university for a few days. Ideal location just a short drive away. Many amenities in the surrounding area -from restaurants, shopping and cinemas. Good hotel experience with a good rooftop pool. Good air conditioned rooms. Could have offered better shampoo/conditioner products though. "

"Very old hotel, the room needs some painting so as the floor and the bathroom. The onsite restaurant is very convenient and the menu tastes great. The hotel staff are friendly. The location is accessible to public transportation and the vicinity has plenty of restaurants and close to the malls."

"There were tine cockroaches in the bathroom and kitchen and a fly. The toilet leaks downstairs when someone is using the upper bathroom. The furnitures needs re upholstering. The beddings needs extra care likewise with the towels. The staff was friendly and helpful"

"Can never go wrong with this Holiday Inn. It connects to the mall which makes it very convenient for shopping and going grocery. The staff are professional and warm. My only issue here was the mattress we had was a little too soft. Overall, love this hotel."

"Stayed for 5 days before my flight to Bali. Loved the ambiance, the masculine aesthetic of the spacious room, the friendly staff, the buffet breakfast (wish more fresh fruits were served though). As it was scorching outside, didn’t really mind staying inside my room most of the time. This property will be my hotel of choice next time I visit!"
