"I have stayed at the Tradewinds six times since 2010 and it has always been a very comfortable environment. The staff are exceptionally welcoming and friendly, and the food in the restaurant is created by professional chefs. Top notch. We watched the Superbowl in the bar which was really fun, and the special menu for the day great."

"The building is very historic room was nice and big, but other than this, there’s not much to recommend about this place. The front desk doesn’t open until noon (or sometimes later, no advanced warning on that), and if you need anything during the non-open Times, they give you a phone number to call. We noticed that there were no towels in the room, so I had to call that number since no one was around that morning. I got them pretty quickly, I suspect someone from their sister property, the...

"We went to American Samoa to visit the National Park and this hotel is right near the visitor center. It has a great beach on property, and we swam in it every day. There is also a great restaurant alongside the property that serves meals all day that are tasty, great portions and reasonably priced. The property is in need of repair and upkeep outside. However, the hotel is very historical and has the charm of Samoa."
