When I told the guest relation that my 11 y/o niece will be celebrating her bday, they have decorated our room with surprise gifts and cake brought the manager. Saladin was a very attentive server. We stayed during off-season so the outdoor pools were not open. The indoor pool was not very big so it was a bit crowded. "
