"Our hotel stay was fine, it’s Hotels.com that was the problem! Hotel had no record of our paid reservation. No access to talking to a live agent, so had to use online messaging. It took 30 minutes and 3 different agents before they finally called the hotel to confirm our reservation. Incompetence and unacceptable!"

"Two bedroom suite was perfect for my wife and I to have one room and my Dad to have the other. Cheaper than getting two rooms. Breakfast was warm and had decent choices. Decor was a little dated but the staff was very friendly."

"Very rude lady who greeted us at front desk and demanded we provide credit card to get even though the same card was on file on their computer record…the lady had a poor explanation as to why I needed to provide my credit card. Also, the lady said this hotel was different then other Radisson hotels and this hotel has different policies…did not make any sense. Other hotel employees were very polite during our stay "
